Google loves websites with content that changes regularly – visting these sites often to re-index their content. So UKLD features a constantly changing homepage that reflects the latest businesses and articles that have been submitted to the website.

How it works.

All approved articles or business descriptions will appear on our homepage until another article is approved in the same category. For example our Health and Beauty section has space for three articles on the homepage. Once a new article is approved for this category then the oldest article slips from our homepage. Your article remains on our seo friendly website and is still easy to find and will continue working to promote your business. To get your business back on our homepage you simply need to write another article.

Search friendly.

All businesses and articles approved remain on our website allowing visitors to find local businesses and articles they’re interested in. With this in mind we recommend that you submit more than just your business name and contact details. Writing a short article using keywords that describes what you do and where you do it will make your article much more appealing to visitors and search engines alike.
